Watch out And then stop and hold it as per your capacity So we have inhale our breath inwards not outwards so make sure that it doesn’t leak towards outside Then hold it and hold it as per your capacity and after that exhale So if you’ll do this process 5-10 times, not only your kidney will be strengthen In case you have any problem of kidney, that will be cured with this process So that was plavani pranayama, but there is one thing more which I want to tell you Before you do any pranayama, you must do Naadi Shodhan Pranayama once Although I have shared multiple times but let me tell you once again.
